Step one: it is to make film and zipper separately by different extruders:
1. film extruder used to make film
2. zipper profile extruder used to make zipper
Step two: it is to print the film
Step three: it is to weld the zipper onto the film and then cut them so it comes out the ziplock bags.
Now this machine is the PE and PP zipper profile extruder, used to make zipper profile.
