Main Features:
1. Unwinder with auto edge guide and magnetic powder brake
2. Unwinder with air cylinder lifter, for jumbo film roll loading.
3. Inline triangle folder, which will fold the sheet before hot cutting.
3. Back film feeding with dancing roller plus DC or AC motor drive
4. With side cutter and middle cutter. Side cutter is to cut the tube film before sealing or cut lip. The middle cutter is to cut the big tube from middle, so one big tube is converted into two small side sealed bag.
5. One round hole puncher, 6 mm/8 mm/10 mm
6. Hot cutting bar with two edges, one edge for PE, and the other edge for PP/OPP/BOPP
7. Belt conveyor to send out the ready bags one by one
8. Small unwinder for adhesive tape roll, so it can put the tape at the lip of bag mouth
9. Automatic stacker and conveyor included, which will overlap the bags one by one, so the bags are piled up in order.
10. Servo motor for bag length control and for different cutting speed adjusting
11. Touch screen computer for set different parameters
